Terms of Service

Growth Force provides a managed set of AI “employees” that assist with go-to-market work — sourcing and enriching prospects, drafting outreach, qualifying replies, and related tasks. Outputs are generated by AI and are provided for your review. Except where you explicitly enable an auto-send capability, nothing is sent to a third party without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing all output before you act on it or send it.

The Service is organized as agencies, workspaces, and members. You are responsible for the activity of all members of your workspace, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be at least 18 and provide a valid work email.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/e-Privacy, and TCPA);
• upload or process personal data you have no lawful basis to process;
• scrape, harvest, or contact people in violation of a platform’s terms or applicable law;
• attempt to bypass the Service’s approval gates, rate limits, or per-employee autonomy controls;
• reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

You are the sender. You are solely responsible for the content you approve and the messages your workspace sends, including obtaining any required consent and honoring opt-outs.

The Service uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic’s Claude). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable — it is not professional advice and comes with no warranty of accuracy. You must independently verify any claim, contact detail, or representation before relying on or sending it. As between you and us, you own the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers, the output you generate; you are responsible for its lawful use.

You may connect third-party accounts (e.g. Slack, GitHub, Google, HubSpot, email/enrichment providers). You authorize us to access those accounts on your behalf solely to provide the Service, subject to each provider’s terms. Access tokens are stored encrypted; you may disconnect at any time.

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective notice. Flat-price plans are subject to fair-use limits described in-product.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your workspace data. For personal data of third parties that you upload or source, you act as the controller and we act as your processor, processing it only to provide the Service and on your instructions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your workspace data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it per the Privacy Policy.
